Yard Scoreboard provides recycling operations managers an overview of purchasing, sales, and yard activity summarized by 'production group'. Managers can now categorize commodities by production process, i.e. shred, bale, strip, etc. to view purchase volume by 'production group' in summary and detail. This includes daily and month-to-date summaries of purchases destined for whatever production process you define. Yard Scoreboard also provides key performance projections for the month using historical analysis, based on your yard-operating calendar. Additional display options include:
Region:
Yards or physical locations can be grouped together, i.e. to create marketing regions for which you wish to see comparative or summary information.
Yard:
Individual user-defined locations
Trader:
Associate each Customer with a particular internal Trader or Buyer for account control.
Product Group:
Groupings like Ferrous, Non Ferrous, Paper, and Glass etc. may be created in addition to Product Classes.
Product Class:
Used as the basis of grouping inventory for accounting purposes, these same groups may also be used to analyze sales.
Inventory Group:
Inventory Groups , like Product Groups, allow you to group like commodities together, but at the Inventory Code level.
