SAI Version 4 Scale Quotes SAI graphical V4 Scale Quotes delivers the ability to easily view, change, and create purchase pricing. This document provides a brief overview of this new SAI graphical V4 application. Screen 1 - Enter Scale Quotes Defaults After entering this program from the SAI menu page, this screen identifies the Buyer/ Trader and sets the default price quote effective and expiration dates. 
Screen 2 - Choose the Supplier to Price Choose the Supplier and his specific pricing is displayed for your selection. Note that general ‘Supplier Comments’ also display. Select one or many items as needed. Selecting ‘Display Level’provides access to Price Class records (e.g. ‘Dealer’) to which this Supplier belongs, and the common default Supplier (CP000*) items. 
Screen 3 - Review and Edit Prices Add or edit pricing of the selected item or items, including the option to ‘Print on Price Form’ 
Screen 4 - Price Change The price change of $.3750/LB is made immediately after you ‘Accept’ and becomes effective 08/01/03. 
Screen 5 - V4 HELP On-line HELP is available on a per screen and per field basis. Here the HELP content relates to Screen 1 of Scale Quotes. 
Screen 6 - Quote Letter Screen display of an optional ‘Quote Letter’ PREVIEW which can then be printed, faxed, or emailed based on what you select from the new V4 print viewer controls.
