SAI Version 4 Production System
SAI graphical V4 Production entry streamlines the entry of production and downtime transactions. This document provides a brief overview of this new SAI graphical V4 application.
Screen 1 - Inventory Production Summary Listing
Enter a Production Date and Production (asset) Location to view any existing production record sequences or to build new production records.
Screen 2 - Production Summary Entry (Production Sequence)
All relevant data for production is easily entered in this V4 graphical screen, which includes appropriate data validations, calculations (like Total Labor Hours extension), and access to downtime data entry. Common sets of raw materials and finished goods commodities may be pre-set and saved as Blend Codes to speed Production Detail Entry.
Screen 3 - Production Detail Entry
If an optional Blend Code is selected in the Production Summary Entry screen, all of the input raw materials and output work-in-process or finished grades will default with pre-set percentages of the total input weight driving the expected recovery weights by grade. These calculations may then be edited as needed. Or, choose not to use a pre-set Blend Code and you may build each input and output entry individually.
Screen 4 - Downtime Items List
Build new downtime detail records or view and edit existing ones with this list display. Multiple downtime occurrences may be built as needed, each of which may integrated to specific SAI General Ledger accounts for cost analysis.
Screen 5 - Downtime Detail Entry
Identify downtime that was incurred with pre-validated downtime reasons against equipment identified to a specific production area.
