SAI ATM & Video Integration
ATM's SAI and Transact have teamed to offer you the most secure, safe and reliable way to provide your suppliers cash payments using ATM's. With an integrated ATM payment system, your cashier simply prints a receipt and "swipes" an SAI-generated payment card. With no amounts to be keyed in error, the payment amount comes directly from the SAI scale transaction. Your supplier takes the payment card to the ATM on your site and the ATM disburses the correct currency and coinage, effectively eliminating your scale's handling of cash and balancing of a cash drawer. The Solution… SAI offers a seamless interface with JPEGger, a digital image capturing system. Every purchase and sale transaction that goes across your scale(s) is automatically recorded, up to 4 images or more, at a time. In addition, digital pictures you take in the yard of the unloaded material that can easily be dropped right in with the other images that have been automatically captured. The real beauty of this system is that the images are associated with, and can be accessed through, our browser based reporting tools, so you have all the transaction detail along with the image. The image capture invoke command is incorporated right in SAI's scale systems. The scale operator(s) is not required to do anything additional. JPEGger will automatically acquire images from an existing set of security cameras, or if you don't have them, operate with inexpensive cameras that can easily be installed. It will even acquire an image from your ATM's camera, and associate it with your transactional data. The images have a very small footprint, so a relatively inexpensive PC can hold literally years worth of transactions. In conjunction with SAI's Purchase Analysis Webview, or other SAI browser-based applications, the images are available to anyone with the appropriate access, anywhere on your network, or securely over the Internet if you choose. They can even be added to your Scrap Information Portal (SIP), SAI's secure supplier self service web site, if you wish. Further, these images are easily e-mailed or printed.
