Buyer Analysis

SAI's Buyer Analysis provides the tools to manage your shipper accounts on a timely basis. Users establish their 'Buy Plan' by account for selected locations(s) and time period. By simply accessing your internal website, you can:

• Assign Shipper Account activity to Buyers/Traders
• Analyze historical purchase volumes and spot trends
• Quickly compare last month's activity to current month's Buy Plan and status
• Track current month activity and revise projections as needed
• Maintain Buy Plan histories and revisions over time
• Report by supplier material or your internal inventory grade
• Easily set-up and duplicate Buy Plan 'templates'
• Group Buy Plans by Regions, Yards, Traders,Product Groups, Product Classes, Inventory Types, or Inventory Groups to 'roll-up' purchase planned versus actual performance
• User-selected units of measure allows Buyers/Traders to display pricing appropriately for the commodity selected
• Track Shipper detail including freight incurred, in-yard turnaround time , payment status and weight adjustments
